We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven NSW Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will oversee workforce operations for one of our key national clients across multiple distribution centres located in Minchinbury, Prestons, and Eastern Creek.

The Opportunity

As the NSW Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of workforce operations across several client sites. Working closely with site supervisors, operations teams, and management, you will ensure staffing requirements are met, safety standards are maintained, and operational objectives are achieved. The position involves regular travel between sites, workforce planning, recruitment activities, client liaison, compliance monitoring, and responding to operational challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate workforce operations across multiple Sydney sites
- Manage labour allocations based on daily operational demands and container volumes
- Maintain accurate workforce rosters and scheduling requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to provide operational support and oversight
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop employees to support operational growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to ensure safety standards are upheld




- Assist with incident investigations and ensure company procedures are followed
- Deliver toolbox talks and maintain compliance records through company systems
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
- Support broader business operations and special projects as required
- Manage urgent staffing requests and last-minute operational changes

About You

- Experience working within a fast-moving logistics, transport, warehouse, or labour hire environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and employees
- Sound knowledge of workplace safety and compliance obligations
- Previous experience within container logistics, container unloading, or transport operations will be highly regarded
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel between sites
