We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead our Dialysis Unit, a leading provider of renal care services. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading an inspiring nursing team, this is an outstanding leadership opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

About the Role

As Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the Dialysis Unit. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of dialysis treatment to patients with chronic and acute renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff

Manage rosters, staffing, and resource allocation

Ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care in line with renal best practices

Collaborate with nephrologists, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams

Monitor and improve key performance indicators and patient outcomes

Support staff development, performance, and professional growth

Uphold infection control, risk management, and quality improvement standards

About You

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Extensive clinical experience and expertise in renal/dialysis nursing,



including haemodialysis

Minimum 3 years in a nursing management/leadership role (e.g. as NUM, ANUM or Team Leader)

Postgraduate qualifications in renal nursing or health management (desirable)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills A passion for delivering patient-centred care and leading high-performing teams
