At Strive to Thrive Therapy, we’re trying to build roles around the people in them.

We’re looking for an experienced OT on Brisbane’s Southside who is reasonably confident with Functional Capacity Assessments and Assistive Technology, and who enjoys, or wants to keep developing skills in, home modifications and capacity-building work.

What you can expect

- Adult community caseload across Brisbane South
- FCA, AT, home mods and capacity-building work
- Full-time or part-time options
- Flexibility around how your week is structured
- Develop a caseload around your strengths, interests and the skills you want to build
- Experienced OTs around you for supervision and clinical support
- Dedicated admin support
- Regular Monday team catch-ups so community work doesn’t mean working alone

And something a little different: If you work above your agreed billable target and earn a performance bonus, you can choose what matters more to you:



extra pay or extra paid time off.

Build up some additional leave for a longer weekend, school holidays, family time or simply a break when you need one.

Sometimes the best reward for working a little harder is getting some of that time back.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll need:

- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Community OT experience
- Confidence with FCAs and Assistive Technology
- An understanding of the NDIS
- A driver’s licence and suitable vehicle

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You might already know the type of OT work you love, or you might still be working that out. Either is completely fine.

What matters to us is that you’re curious, willing to learn and open to developing your skills. We can then shape your caseload around what you enjoy, what you’re positive at and where you’d like to grow.
