Occupational Therapist – Versatile | Clinic, Community & Telehealth

We’re growing our Melbourne team and are looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join us across the Western Suburbs.

About the Role

This is a flexible opportunity where you can work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional and everyday living goals. Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include:

- Conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
- Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
- Developing individualised therapy programs aligned with client goals.
- Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in everyday life.
- Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
- Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
- Managing your caseload with flexibility across community and telehealth appointments.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.




- Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
- An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
- Relevant state and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
