About the Role

Join a recovery-focused team where your expertise can help people achieve meaningful goals and greater independence. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver evidence-based care, build strong partnerships and support positive mental health outcomes.

- Assess consumer needs and develop tailored clinical plans
- Deliver individual and group interventions to support recovery
- Coordinate care and plan safe, successful discharges




- Collaborate with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Build community links that support integration and ongoing wellbeing
- Guide students, Allied Health Assistants and junior clinicians
- Contribute to education, quality improvement and clinical supervision

About You You’re a registered Occupational Therapist who brings sound clinical judgement, a recovery-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary environment.

- Hold a degree enabling registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Hold current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Apply evidence-based assessment and intervention skills
- Build therapeutic relationships and support team-oriented care
- Communicate well, prioritise work and use sound clinical judgement
