Our Occupational Therapists work within a supportive team of professionals, are passionate about providing the best quality care for patients and are committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.

This non – rotational P1 role (permanent part-time 0.8FTE) focuses on delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy to patients with stroke and neurological conditions as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

This position is suitable for an Occupational Therapist with established hospital experience who is confident managing complex neurological presentations and is passionate about supporting functional recovery and participation for patients.

About You To be successful in this role, you must address the following selection criteria in your application:

Essential

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital setting and at least 12 months clinical experience in inpatient stroke and neurological rehabilitation




- Demonstrated evidence‑based Occupational Therapy practice in stroke and neurological rehabilitation delivering comprehensive neurological assessments and interventions
- Demonstrated sound problem-solving, clinical reasoning, and time‑management skills balancing a complex caseload in an acute and/ or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Demonstrated robust communication skills working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with care givers and external stakeholders

Desirable

- Commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality patient care
- National Disability Insurance Scheme access report writing
