About the Opportunity An outstanding opportunity is available for an OEM Manager, based in Forrestfield, Western Australia, with proven experience and demonstrated success in contributing to profitable business growth.

The successful applicant will report to the Head of Sales, working within the OEM Segment to profitably grow the OEM market share, as well as identify opportunities for expansion into OEM markets or customers using SKF’s diverse portfolio as the differentiator.

The main responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Create go to market strategies in line with the business growth expectations and regional frameworks
- Accurate forecasting and pricing to ensure quarterly outlook and business plans are achieved or exceeded




- Develop efficiencies to ensure agility within the sales team to deliver results
- Support the development and implementation of the full product portfolio within the OEM business units through a full value chain offer
- Support the Head of Sales with market insights, forecasting and the efficient day-to-day management of the OEM division
- Ensure stock planning and forecasting accuracy is maintained at levels required by SKF
- Drive a Commercial Excellence culture that supports best practice and delivers service excellence to our customers
- Lead, manage and mentor the Business Development Managers to ensure profitable, sustainable growth targets are met by identifying strengths and weaknesses
- Develop programs for improvement as well as professional development to achieve business targets
- Review current customer portfolio and identify areas of growth or decline. Work with the OEM team to develop this business through strategic plan implementation
- Build relationships with key decision makers at high value high potential customers. Support the OEM BDM to deliver sales excellence to these customers
- Collaborate with the AMPAC region as well as global segment teams to establish commonality for project or solution replication. Leverage success for our local markets and share success across the region




- Ensure ticket system in Customer Relationship Management system (C4C) is used to register every customer interaction (emails, calls, visits, trainings, etc.) to comply with SKF QD manual.

About You To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in the OEM, OES or Industrial sector
- Engineering degree or equivalent Industry experience
- Demonstrated successes growing high net worth customers in the OEM or Industrial sector
- Understanding of SKF’s products, technologies and services relevant to the OEM Industrial sector
- Demonstrate SKF Purpose, values and behaviours
- Experience with Customer Relations Management Systems (CRM)
- Advanced Office 365 skills (Apps including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, OneDrive, PBi etc)
