About the role

Colemans Printing is seeking an experienced and motivated Offset Printer to join our production team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing equipment, ensuring high-quality print production, and meeting customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor offset printing presses

- Produce printed materials to required quality standards and specifications

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment

- Check proofs, colours, registration, and finishing requirements

- Manage workflow to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

About you





- Previous experience operating offset printing presses

- Strong understanding of print production processes and colour management

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
