About the Role
Design the Access. Enable the Future.
The OneCouncil Program is transforming how City of Casey works, and we're looking for a Security & Access (UAM) Specialist to help build the foundations for our future TechnologyOne environment.
This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end design and delivery of user access solutions, ensuring our people have the right access to the right systems at the right time. You'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and project teams to understand requirements, design secure access frameworks, lead testing and validation activities, and support successful delivery into production.
What You'll Deliver
- Design and implement user access and security solutions for the OneCouncil Program
- Partner with stakeholders to define access requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Lead user access testing, validation and quality assurance activities
- Build governance, documentation and audit-ready controls
- Support deployment, cutover and go-live activities across the program.
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information
- Technology OR equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with user access management, security configuration or ERP platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across diverse teams
- Resilience and adaptability in a quick-paced project environment
- A positive, calm and solutions-focused mindset when priorities or scope change.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check & Eligibility to Work check.
