Selection Criteria
- Provide evidence of well-developed communication, administrative and office skills with an ability to deal tactfully,
confidently and effectively with people at all levels
- Capacity to show initiative and demonstrate effective time management, organisational and planning skills with an ability to meet pressing deadlines and competing priorities
- Highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft and Google applications with willingness and ability to learn new systems
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with staff, students, parents and Visitors
- High level independent problem solving skills and the ability to think technically as well as strategically
- Customer service mindset and high level interpersonal skills
- ability to be versatile with hours when required
- Previous experience in a school office plus experience with Compass and Edval an advantage
- Have the ability to identify the Mission of a Catholic School and demonstrate Christian Values in dealings with staff
