We’re looking for an Operations Excellence & Compliance Partner to join our Operations team on a 12-month parental leave contract.

In this role, you’ll help drive restaurant performance across KFC by bringing our Brand Standards, Food Safety and Operational Excellence strategy to life.

You’ll lead key compliance and performance programs, turn data and insights into action, and partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement across our restaurant network.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

- Lead key Brand Standards, Food Safety and Operational Excellence programs across our restaurant network.
- Manage our external audit partner to ensure restaurant compliance audits are consistent, accurate and effective.
- Use performance and compliance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, turning insights into clear actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of restaurant processes, tools, routines and operational standards.
- Partner with restaurant and cross-functional teams to improve performance and embed consistent standards across KFC.
- Manage compliance escalations and support teams to develop and deliver effective corrective action plans.
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to help shape operational priorities and improve restaurant performance.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who has:

- 3+ years’ experience in operations, compliance or a similar commercial setting.
- Experience with auditing, compliance or operational standards, ideally within food service, QSR or retail.
- Strong analytical skills,



with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actions.
- Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading or managing others and driving performance.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
