About This Role

On behalf of our client, a High Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas industry sector, Brunel is presently recruiting a People & Culture Manager to join their Darwin Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager - People & Culture, you will partner with Offshore and Onshore Leaders to support Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment and People & Culture initiatives.

- Partner with Leaders to deliver people solutions aligned with operational priorities
n
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and Speak-Up cases
n
- Provide advice on Australian employment law compliance and people-related risk
n
- Build and maintain relationships with unions and employee representatives
n
- Lead and develop the local People & Culture Team
n
- Support recruitment, talent management, succession planning and remuneration review activities
n
- Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore and international personnel
n
- Develop and maintain local People & Culture policies aligned with global frameworks and Australian Employment Law
n
- Deliver People & Culture reporting, KPIs, dashboards and workforce insights
n

Requirements
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration OR a related discipline is preferred
n
- Experience in an operational or offshore environment
n
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters through to resolution
n
- Experience working with unionised workforces and collective agreements
n
- Solid leadership and team development capability
n
- Ability to partner with Operational Managers on workforce matters
n
- High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion
n
- Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
n
