12-Week Contract | Immediate Start

$66 per hour + Super

An exciting short-term prospect is available for an experienced Data Analyst to support a major workforce planning project within a large and complex organisation.

n

Working as part of the Workforce Planning team, you'll play a key role in analysing workforce data, developing forecasting models, producing meaningful insights and supporting strategic workforce decision-making. Alongside project work, you'll also assist with business-as-usual reporting and analytics activities.

n

This role would suit someone who enjoys transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and has experience working with workforce, people, operational or economic data.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Analyse workforce and people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
n
- Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models and planning tools.
n
- Deliver regular reporting, dashboards and analytical insights to support decision-making.
n
- Conduct workforce modelling, gap analysis and workforce planning activities.
n
- Prepare ad hoc reports and data analysis in response to business needs.
n
- Support the development and maintenance of datasets,



databases and reporting solutions.
n
- Investigate data anomalies and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
n
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes, methodologies and data quality.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and business insights.
n
- Experience with workforce, people, operational or economic modelling.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
n
- The ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
n
- Experience developing dashboards, forecasts or workforce planning reports will be highly regarded.
n
