- Deliver the Business Operations capability and services for the Combat Systems Integration - Integrated Project Team (CSI-IPT)
n
- Provide leadership across WHS, ICT, GFM, Continuous Improvement and facilities functions
n
- Engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders across the CSI-IPT
n
- Establish and manage CSI-IPT Business Operations within the contract commercial framework
n
- Establish and operate the Workplace Health and Safety Management System
n
- Develop and implement the national facilities strategy
n
- Serve as a member of the Management Team
n
- Lead the Business Operations Team
n
- Provide Control Account Management for work packages across multiple tasking statements
n
- Be accountable for Business Operations team members' responsibilities
n
- Report on contract execution to senior stakeholders
n
- Develop and operate the ICT strategy and roadmap
n
- Establish and implement the CSI Management System and governance framework
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Business, Commercial or Engineering is desirable
n
- Post graduate level qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or Business Management/Administration are desirable
n
- 5+ years of Program Manager or Business Operations Manager experience in a Defence acquisition environment is desirable
n
- Capable of achieving Registered Project Management status with AIPM is desirable
n
- Senior Management Professional with demonstrated experience within a project orientated organisation with significant exposure in managing complex projects
n
- Demonstrated negotiation and interrelationship skills with the ability to achieve outcomes in a multi-disciplined, multi-party environment
n
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
n
- Broad based competency in the management of complex engineering development projects
n




- Experience implementing Project Management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
n
- Applicants must be Australian citizens
n
- Applicants must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level
n
- Information including past and present nationality and citizenship may be requested to check eligibility for access to materials controlled under various export control regimes, including ITAR
n
- Consent to workforce screening activities including reference checks, Australian Federal Police check, verification of working rights and qualifications, sanctions screening and a pre-employment medical declaration
