Join an established and growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, high-rise and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland. With continued growth and secured work for years ahead, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Brisbane team.

THE ROLE

n

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of electrical projects, typically ranging from $2M–$6M, working closely with an experienced leadership and site team.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing projects from planning and procurement through to completion
n
- Programming, forecasting, cost control and commercial performance
n
- Variations and contract administration
n
- Leading Supervisors, Leading Hands and site teams
n
- Labour and subcontractor management
n
- Design coordination and constructability
n
- Managing builder, client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Project reporting, risk management and handover
n

n

You'll have the autonomy to run your projects while still having the support and accessibility of a hands-on leadership team.

ABOUT YOU

n





We're interested in speaking with experienced Electrical Project Managers who have built their career within electrical contracting and understand what it takes to successfully deliver projects on site.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Electrical trade background – essential
n
- Commercial construction and/or high-rise / multi-residential project experience
n
- Strong understanding of project financials, variations and contracts
n
- Experience leading site teams and managing multiple project priorities
n
- Confident communication with builders, clients and internal teams
n

n

Experience within a Tier 2 contracting environment would be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in strong PMs from established electrical contractors who are ready for their next step.
