Job Description

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for RAAF Base Wagga, Forest Hill, NSW. The role leads front- and back-of-house teams, oversees daily dining, and drives service excellence while ensuring HACCP compliance and robust stakeholder engagement.

You will develop staff, manage rosters and budgets, and coordinate events, delivering exceptional hospitality to Defence personnel and Defence stakeholders.
