We are now seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager who enjoys autonomy, accountability and proactive engagement to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of owned assets. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact — identifying, initiating, and delivering improvements that enhance property performance and strengthen business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

Oversee the effective management, operation, and compliance of all owned properties.

n

Manage the full lease lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and documentation.

n

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, compliance, and property standards align with business objectives.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners.

n





Provide explicit communication and updates on property and lease matters to internal teams.

n

Monitor rentals and outgoings to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with the Retail Leases Act.

n

Ensure all financial obligations are met in the company's capacity as landlord.

n

Interpret lease terms and manage expectations where disputes or ambiguities arise.

n

Review and coordinate tenant fit-outs.

n

Assist finance team to manage the authorisation, payment, and recovery of all property-related expenses.

About You

n

Proven experience managing commercial and retail property portfolios.

n

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

n

Sound knowledge of Retail Lease Legislation and its practical application.

n

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

n

Skilled in reading, interpreting, and administering complex lease documentation.

n

Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
