We’re looking for a brilliant Operations Manager to join us at Blue Wealth Property.

This is a big role for us and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves making a business work better.

You’ll work closely with me, our leadership team and people across the whole business. One day you might be improving a process, the next solving an operational problem, leading a project, working with our tech team or helping us find a smarter way to do something.

There’s plenty happening at Blue Wealth. We’re embracing technology, automation and AI, continually improving the way we work, and we’ve just moved into our amazing current custom-designed office in Sydney Olympic Park.

But the best part of Blue Wealth really is the people. We have an awesome, close-knit team,



a great culture and people who genuinely care about each other and what we’re trying to achieve.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, commercially minded and organised, but above all, someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

The person we’re looking for is the one who sees an issue and says “Leave it with me.”
