Are you a hands-on, organised professional with experience in transport operations? We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Redbank, QLD depot.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role where you’ll represent Niche Logistics while working closely with our sister company, GKR Transport. You’ll be the main point of contact on the ground, helping to keep daily transport operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forklift operation (Forklift licence required)
- Hands on work in the warehouse, this is not just a desk job
- Debriefing of drivers and reviewing runsheets for completion
- Assist in allocations
- Daily coordination of branch activities to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, and service levels.
- Ensuring the efficient, safe, and secure loading, unloading, movement and packing of freight.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, creating a customer first culture, that delivers great results.
- Performing quality checks on materials/stock and identify and report damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies.
- Ensure accurate loading documentation is completed.




- Inspecting machinery including forklift and other control equipment to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance in accordance with the sites WHS practices.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with transport operations, preferably in a similar hands-on role
- Transport smarts, working closing with our National Operations Manager to ensure ease of operations
- Hands-on experience: Comfortable driving a forklift and supporting operations.
- You’re a problem solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an excellent grasp of logistics.
