Operations Supervisor. Two roles, one for each of our silos. Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

Holiday Property Service has completed more than 72,000 cleans. We run 1,200 to 1,500 a month across hundreds of properties on the Gold Coast. We provide housekeeping, linen, quality control and guest services. We do not provide property management.

A silo is a self-contained operation with its own book of properties, its own team and its own numbers. As Supervisor you own the daily operation of yours. Around 50 cleaners, with a QC Team Leader and an Operations VA reporting directly to you. You report to our Operations Lead.

You will own daily cleaner allocation and coverage, live monitoring of the operational day, the leadership and development of your team, rework coordination through to verified closure, first line resolution of access and linen issues, and Operto discipline across the silo.

When it all runs smoothly, nobody notices. This role exists for the days it does not. Missing key. Cleaner down on the busiest changeover of the week. Property manager on the phone about a unit that is not right. You sort it. You do not report it and wait.

The roster, up front. Weekdays 8.00am to 4.30pm.



No early starts, because we do not open before 8.00am on any day. The two Supervisors alternate weekends, one on and one off, and weekend shifts are six hours from the office rather than out at properties. On your weekend you work a continuous Friday to Tuesday block, which means eight days in a row once a fortnight, then a clear Saturday and Sunday the week after.

$80,000 per annum plus 12 per cent superannuation. Full time and permanent. A shared pool car for field work with fuel supplied. Computer, phone and uniform. Six months probation with proper reviews at Week 4, Week 8, Month 3 and Month 6.

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning or property services helps, but judgement and attitude matter more. You will need a current driver licence and full, unrestricted Australian work rights, because the roster cannot be delivered on capped hours.
