The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled Operator to join our team at our Warrnambool transfer station.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone heavy machinery experience keen to contribute to essential waste operations that support the local environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, wheel loaders and skid steers
- Maintain cleanliness in the yard
- Repair and maintain bins and other items
- Assist with weighbridge operations as required
- Support the day-to-day running of the transfer station
- Follow site safety and environmental procedures at all times

About You

- Current Excavator and Loader ticket
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Experience is advantageous, but we value attitude above all and are willing to train the right candidate
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service to customers and members of the public
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
