Organisational Enablement Specialist

Join Uniting’s People & Culture team and help shape practical initiatives that strengthen capability, career development and workforce effectiveness.
As part of the Organisational Enablement team, you’ll partner with leaders and teams to deliver initiatives that support engagement, culture and capability, using evidence, data and best practice to create meaningful outcomes aligned to Uniting’s strategy.
What you’ll do
- Lead the embedding of Uniting’s skills framework across relevant people practices, tools and initiatives.
- Lead the design and delivery of career pathways, working with stakeholders to create explicit and practical career development and mobility options.
- Use data and insights to measure impact, inform decisions and continuously improve initiatives.
- Apply evidence-based practice, research and emerging technologies to develop effective solutions.
- Develop clear, engaging communications to promote Organisational Enablement initiatives and outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, psychology, organisational learning and development or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in organisational development, HR or a related discipline.
- Experience working with capability or skills frameworks and translating them into practical tools, development options or career pathways is highly desirable.
This is a hands-on four-month contract, starting ASAP. We’re looking for someone with the experience and confidence to step in from day one, hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution. This is a fixed-term opportunity with the potential for extension, subject to organisational requirements
