Grand Avenue OSHC is a busy and vibrant service catering for up to 225 students. We are looking for a Senior Educator to work alongside our Service Manager and Assistant Managers to help lead our team and keep our service running smoothly.
? What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Leadership Team with the day-to-day running of the service.
- Creating and coordinating our Senior Club program each term.
- Supporting educators through mentoring, guidance and professional leadership.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and our wider community.
- Assisting with compliance, quality improvement and service development.
- Helping create a secure, inclusive and fun environment for everyone.
- Acting as a Responsible Person, including confidently opening and closing the service.

? You'll Need An ACECQA-approved qualification. A current Blue Card.
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
GECCKO Child Safe Training – Stage 1 & 2, or willingness to complete.
Experience in a child-related setting is highly desirable.

Full-time | Permanent | 76 hours per fortnight I Worker Retention Payment
Monday–Friday | Split shifts | No weekends
