We have an opportunity for an OT to join our team now, however, if you’re a new graduate finishing your studies, we’re happy to negotiate a 2027 start date that works for you.

What Does the Job Look Like?

- Paediatric caseload (0–18 years) – supporting children and young people with neurodivergence, developmental delays and a range of functional needs
- NDIS & non-NDIS clients
- Clinic-based + mobile therapy (homes, schools and daycare’s)
- Sustainable caseload - 3-6 clients per day and dedicated admin time built into your schedule
- 1:1 therapy + parent coaching, using individualised, strengths-based and neuro-affirming approaches
- Support therapy goals across fine & gross motor skills, self-care & independence, emotional regulation, behaviour, sensory processing, attention, executive functioning, play & participation
- Assessments, reports & recommendations
- Collaboration with families, educators and other professionals

New Graduate or Early Career OT? We’ve Got You.

There’s a big difference between learning OT at university and feeling confident doing it in the real world. We don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything — and our support doesn’t disappear after your first few weeks. Our 6-month graded onboarding is designed to gradually build your caseload, practical skills and clinical confidence.

You’ll receive





- Weekly 1:1 Supervision – Dedicated time with an experienced clinical leader to work through clients, clinical reasoning and all those “Am I doing this right?” questions.
- Tailored Practical Workshops & Peer Supervision -In-house learning series covering a range of clinical and non-clinical topics e.g. assessments, session planning, goal setting, parent coaching training, report writing, toileting, feeding, sensory processing, behavioural support, play, developmental milestones , and ad-hoc topics based on your personal PD goals.
- Shadowing & Learning From Others – Opportunities to observe other OTs, see different approaches and learn across a variety of client presentations.
- Everyday Team Support – Have people around to brainstorm sessions, share resources, interpret assessments or talk through a tricky situation.
- A Caseload That Grows With You – Your caseload and expectations build gradually across your first six months, giving you time to develop genuine confidence rather than being thrown into the deep end.

Already an Experienced OT?

We know experienced clinicians don’t necessarily need more structure — they need the freedom and support to do excellent work without burning out. Enjoy greater autonomy over your schedule and career direction, a manageable workload, and supervision and support that can be tailored to what you actually want from your workplace.
