Our unique Pathways Program gives final-year law students the opportunity to spend a year working alongside talented lawyers, contributing to real client work and developing the legal, commercial and technology skills that law school can’t teach. Unlike a traditional clerkship, Pathways isn’t a short-term introduction to life in a law firm. It’s a year-long, apprenticeship-style experience with a market-leading business.

You’ll work on complex disputes and high-stakes matters, see how legal judgement and commercial thinking come together, and learn how AI and technology are changing the way lawyers work and create value for clients.



You’ll also contribute to our nationally recognised pro bono program and build the skills, relationships and confidence to set yourself up for a successful legal career.
