We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Newcastle working with Partner, Ian Jones.

About the team and the work

- Work alongside industry-leading practitioners handling major and catastrophic motor vehicle insurance claims for some of Australia's largest insurers.
- The team act on behalf of licenced CTP insurers in NSW, ACT and Qld.
- Gain hands-on experience in litigation, alternative dispute resolution across a diverse range of matters.

About you

- Be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
- In their 2nd year or more of their law degree (applications from students in their final year / graduating in 2026 will not be considered at this time).
- Have experience in a litigation practice is preferred but not essential.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- An excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
- Have a hard working and positive attitude.
