Join a rare group where financial planning, property and lending sit under one roof, and help advisers deliver advice clients actually remember. I'm working with a well-established group with a 15-year track record, spanning financial planning, property investment and mortgage broking under one roof. The team is around 12 people, so this is a genuinely close knit setting where your contribution is visible, not lost in a large organisation.

They're growing and need someone sharp to support their advisers and help maintain the high standard of client service they're known for.

This role goes beyond admin. You'll be the connection point between the advisers, their offshore support team and clients, keeping everything from SOAs to review meetings running smoothly. Because it's a group covering planning, property and lending, you'll also get a broader view of how these areas work together for a client, rather than seeing just one part of it.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Managing client relationships day to day, so advisers can focus on advice
- Coordinating with the offshore team on SOAs,



ROAs and review documentation
- Keeping the CRM and compliance processes accurate and up to date
- Building your understanding of financial advice from the ground up, with property and lending exposure alongside it

Who they're looking for:

- At least 6 months in financial services or a similar client facing role
- Studying towards (or holding) a Diploma in Financial Planning is a bonus, not essential
- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Someone who genuinely wants to grow with the business, not just fill a seat
