About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Part-time & Casual Team Members to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for young individuals looking to start their career, gain valuable skills, and support the daily operations of our stores, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and assemble sushi products according to company standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team

Shifts & Availability

- Part-Time role, days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Store Manager based on business needs
- Part-Time role : Strong availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays is required
- Part-Time role : Weekend availability is highly preferred
- Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs




- Adaptable availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA000003]
- Rate depends on employment type: Part-Time base rate $27.81 per hour or Casual rate $34.76 per hour including 25% casual loading.
- Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
