About the role

You'll work alongside our talented team to inspire and create menu changes to reflect the season and the fresh produce available at the time. You will help prepare baked goods, lunches, regular specials, dinner services and functions, helping us expand our gluten-free offerings and keep our cake cabinet stocked with treats that make everyone smile. The role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle, though availability during our busy summer season is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Be involved in menu changes seasonally

About you

- 2–3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen (desirable)
- A solid understanding of or willingness to learn gluten-free cooking and cross-contamination awareness
- The ability to make Sushi or willingness to learn
- A passion for local, seasonal ingredients and sustainable kitchen practices




- The ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and contribute positively to a small team
