Mahogany & Teak Room The Role

At Crown Melbourne, our exclusive Mahogany and Teak Gaming Rooms deliver a premium experience tailored to our valued members. Combining personalised service, sophisticated dining offerings, and luxurious surroundings, these spaces are renowned for exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Working within our premium gaming environments, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering professional, attentive, and personalised service to our members.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a premium hospitality environment, a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and natural ability to build genuine connections with guests will set you apart.

What we are looking for:

- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster,



including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- Previous experience in a premium hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or bar environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- A current Victorian RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one willing to obtain one.
