We're seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to join our admin team part-time. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic while creating a welcoming experience for our patients.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced and energetic clinic running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our patients. You'll be responsible for:

- Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Managing appointments and calendars with accuracy.

- Handling phone inquiries, payments, invoices, and stock orders.

- Supporting sales and marketing efforts.

- Taking care of general cleaning and office tasks.





What We're Looking For:

- A flexible, solutions focused mindset, with a willingness to help support shift coverage across our clinic locations when required to keep things running smoothly.

- Confidence using technology, with a proactive approach to learning systems and improving how the clinic operates day- to- day.

- Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is desirable , though not essential, as attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Position Details:

- Shifts:
- Bunbury: Tuesdays 1.00 pm to 6.45 pm

- Donnybrook: Fridays 8.00am - 4:30pm

- Hours: Total of 27.5 hours per fortnight

- Start Date: Tuesday 6th October with training commencing 21st September to 2nd October
