Caravanland is one of Western Australia’s leading caravan and RV dealerships, and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Sales Consultant to join our team in Beckenham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a genuine interest in caravans, RVs, parts and accessories, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

The position is 5 days per week working Tuesday to Saturday and being part of an established and growing team.

About the Role

As a Parts & Accessories Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operation of our Parts & Accessories department.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting walk-in customers and responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right parts, accessories and solutions
- Building strong relationships with new, existing and past customers
- Achieving sales targets and department KPIs
- Providing parts accurately and efficiently to our Service Technicians
- Maintaining attractive, organised and well-presented product displays
- Unpacking, receiving and restocking incoming orders
- Assisting with stock ordering and stock management




- Participating in regular rolling stocktakes and the annual EOFY stocktake
- Processing sales and handling cash, including reconciliation when required
- Keeping the retail area clean, safe and welcoming
- Supporting general administration within the department
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures and maintaining shop security
- Identifying and resolving customer and internal issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive and motivated to achieve results. Your bubbly and friendly personality is a must.

You will ideally have

- Previous experience in retail sales, parts, automotive, caravan/RV or a similar customer-facing environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in caravans, RVs, parts and accessories
- A customer-first approach and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Good computer skills, including email, POS systems and basic spreadsheets
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Physically fit
- A current WA Driver’s Licence
- A current National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
