Australia manages the manufacturing, distribution and operation of well-known brands such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Financial Services. This role will work for Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV), who are the primary commercial vehicle distribution centre's for Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks.

What you will do

Daily upkeep of retail displays

Highlight current specials for customer visibility

Actively market and sell parts to meet business targets

Develop and maintain customer base, generating new business

Coordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts Services

Respond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returns

Provide prompt and courteous service to customers

Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members

Perform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and ordering

Raise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation

Who are you?

Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to prioritise and manage your time A team player mindset

Strong truck parts knowledge, ideally within a retail environment

Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills The ability to participate in a rotating roster to work Saturday shifts and be on call for parts supply.
