We're hiring a Dental Receptionist at Taylor Street Dental in West Pennant Hills. ?

We're a boutique aesthetic dental clinic specialising in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and smile design. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in the patient experience and wants to grow with a quality practice.

This is not your average front desk role.

You'll be the first point of contact for every patient who walks through our door — and you'll receive hands-on cross-training in dental assisting basics so you truly understand what happens in the clinic. We invest in the people who join us.

What the role involves

→ Patient reception and relationship management

→ Appointment scheduling and diary management

→ Payments and HICAPS insurance processing

→ Treatment plan and fee communication

→ Clinic support — sterilisation and room changeover

What we're looking for

→ Strong English communication skills

→ Warm and skilled patient manner





→ Initiative — you act without being prompted

→ Reliability — you communicate proactively

→ Reception or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus)

→ Australian PR or citizen preferred
