Compass Group Australia delivers essential support services at the new Footscray Hospital, one of Victoria’s largest health infrastructure projects. We are providing vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk, and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided by Western Health, this state-of-the-art facility will play a key role in supporting the community—be part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.

THE POSITION

- Provide a warm, welcoming and professional experience for patients, visitors and families.
- Safely transport patients throughout the hospital for treatments, procedures and appointments.
- Perform cleaning duties across patient and clinical areas, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, infection control and presentation are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and support services teams to ensure a safe and efficient hospital environment

THE PERSON

- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance.
- A caring, compassionate and patient-focused approach.




- Physically capable of performing patient transport and cleaning duties.
- Ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy hospital environment.
