Primary Objective: Provide strategic leadership for Vocational Education and Training, career education, and student pathway initiatives across the Northern Territory School of Distance Education. Lead a high-performing team to design, implement, and continuously improve programs that enhance student engagement, attainment, and successful transitions to further education, training, and employment. Build and maintain strategic partnerships across education, industry, government, and community sectors, and provide high-level advice, informed by data and emerging trends, to support equitable access to career and vocational learning opportunities for students across the Northern Territory.
