The Company We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, community-focused not-for-profit organisation based in South West Sydney. The organisation is values-led and genuinely supportive, with a diverse and friendly workplace culture.

The Role

Reporting to a supportive Finance Manager, your role will include:

- Running fortnightly payroll processing for 80+ employees
- Payroll reconciliations
- Supporting Employment Hero implementation
- Assisting with AP/AR when required

Your Background Our client is looking for a candidate with the following criteria:





- Solid Payroll experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with SCHADS award interpretation
- Hands on Employment Hero experience
- Confident communicator
- Immediately available or short notice period
