We're looking for a Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations, drive compliance, and develop a high-performing team.

You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance and Operations to continuously improve our payroll processes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple pay frequencies and employment types.

- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, taxation and superannuation requirements.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing payroll team.

- Manage payroll controls, audits, reporting and risk mitigation activities.

- Partner with key stakeholders to resolve complex payroll matters and drive operational excellence.

- Lead payroll system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

- Significant experience leading large, complex payroll functions.

- Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.





- Experience managing payroll audits, reporting and governance frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise payroll and workforce management systems.

Highly regarded: Experience in retail payroll and exposure to Workday, Micropay and UKG.
