This permanent full-time role is for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration. Basedat Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the bestnursing care and advice to patients.

About you

n

n
- Experience in Palliative Care or interest in working inthis specialist area
n
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
n
- Ability to work a rotating roster
n
- Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline
n




- Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
n
- Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
n
- Sound computer skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Empathy and patience
n
