Job Description

Etisk - Ecommerce & Retail Recruitment seeks a Senior B2B Customer Service Account Executive to own service for a portfolio of medium-tier wholesale accounts in Sydney. This role combines hands-on operations with proactive, no-drama support.

Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home. You'll track orders end to end, foresee stock risks, coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, IT/NetSuite and sales to resolve issues quickly.
