We're on the lookout for an energetic, relationship driven Sport & Community Engagement Coordinator (Full Time) to help us strengthen our ties across the Macarthur region while ensuring our community investment programs are delivered with integrity and impact.

About The Role

n

This isn't your typical job role, it's a role where you'll be out in the community, building connections and creating experiences while balancing the regulatory and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in delivering on our community commitment by:

n

- Building strong relationships with sporting organisations and community groups
n
- Coordinating community events, sponsorships and activations
n
- Managing and supporting delivery of the ClubsGRANTS program in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
n
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting and governance documentation
n
- Representing Wests Group Macarthur at events and stakeholder engagements
n
- Attending grassroots events and cheering from the sideline
n
- Creating engaging communications around community initiatives
n

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who brings both energy and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment:

- Experience in community engagement, partnerships or stakeholder management
n
- Understanding of ClubGRANTS or similar community funding programs
n
- Solid relationship management and communication skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects, events and stakeholders simultaneously
n
- Strong organisational, administrative and reporting skills
n
- Ability to interpret guidelines, policies and compliance requirements
n
- High level written and verbal communication skills
n
- Proactive, professional and community-minded approach
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- Experience in Event coordination
n
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
n
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required
n
- Qualifications in Marketing/ Community Engagement or studying in relevant field would be advantageous
n
- Full driver's licence
