Job Description

n
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments
n
- Work with a Deployment Strategist and delivery team to co-build production solutions
n
- Develop AI agents and experiences that take actions for organizations
n
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems
n
- Own technical components from architecture selection through production deployment, validation, and observability
n
- Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms
n
- Model data, deploy pipelines, and validate outputs
n
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting
n
- Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs from concept to deployment
n
- Co-build with customers and partners and share best practices and enablement
n
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams
n
- Translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions
n
- Experiment with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks and share learnings
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
n
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience; 6–10 years for Senior levels
n
- At least one production system to demonstrate
n
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering
n
- Experience delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments
n
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
n
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
n
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
n




- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects
n
- Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor
n
- Active experimentation with AI/data tools, models, and frameworks
n
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
n
- Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist) nice-to-have
n
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration patterns nice-to-have
n
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery nice-to-have
n
- Experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments nice-to-have
n
