We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Manager – Victoria to join our national People & Culture team.

This is an excellent next step for an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner looking for greater autonomy, broader exposure and the opportunity to continue developing their career within a large and growing organisation.

Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, you will take ownership of the P&C; function across Victoria, partnering closely with Dealer Principals and senior leaders across the region.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage the day-to-day P&C; needs of your businesses while having the support, resources and learning opportunities that come from being part of an experienced national P&C; team.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Partner closely with Dealer Principals and senior leaders in Victoria on all people-related matters.
- Coach and develop leaders to effectively manage, develop and engage their teams.
- Provide practical and commercially focused advice across employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters.
- Manage employee matters including investigations, performance management, restructures and organisational change.
- Support the delivery of Group P&C; initiatives across engagement, talent, capability, culture, diversity and inclusion.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning,



succession and talent development.
- Ensure the effective implementation of ASG’s P&C; policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships across the business and be a visible and trusted P&C; partner within our dealerships.
- Work collaboratively with our national P&C; team while taking ownership of the priorities across your region.

What are we looking for in you?

- An experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner or P&C; professional ready for the next step in your career.
- Strong generalist P&C; experience, including employee relations and performance management.
- A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence partnering with and influencing senior operational leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership while also being a collaborative team member.
- Experience working across a multi-site, operational, retail or automotive environment would be highly regarded.
- Relevant HR/P&C; qualifications and experience.
