About the role

Be part of a team providing vital payroll service delivery to over 4000 employees at the hospital.

- Report to the Payroll Services Team Leader and be part of a team of 7
- Ensure high accuracy in accordance with health service policies and industrial frameworks
- Act as a key point of contact for a range of internal stakeholders across the hospital
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality of payroll service delivery
- Work flexibly,



with 2 days working from home each week
- Enjoy better work/life balance with access to an extra 12 Accrued Days Off each year

About you

- Experience working in an internal payroll team in a complex high-volume workplace
- A friendly attitude coupled with strong analytical skills
- Exposure to CHRIS 21or similar payroll system
- Exposure to an automated time and attendance system, preferably Kronos or similar
- Experience with Health awards/agreements or worked in an area with complex award conditions across multiple agreements
