About the role A broad, hands-on generalist role — equal parts strategic partner and operational lead. You'll own induction, training, compliance, and IR, while partnering with department leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership development as the business grows under Trilogy.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading recruitment in conjunction with Department Heads property-wide — job descriptions, advertising, screening, and interviews

- Owning onboarding and induction for all new starters across departments

- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership capability

- Supporting the business through change as it evolves under Trilogy Hotels

- Delivering training programs across all departments

- Managing employee relations — grievances, performance, and disciplinary processes

- Ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, including contract reviews





- Administering Employment Hero for both HR and Payroll, working closely with Finance

About you

- Generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality or a multi-department setting

- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, hospitality Awards, and IR processes

- Employment Hero (or similar HRIS/payroll) experience highly regarded

- Confidence partnering with leaders on workforce planning and change

- Sound judgement handling sensitive employee matters
