About The Position

Reporting to the Group People Manager, the People &

- Culture Business Partner is a trusted advisor to leaders across the Group's diverse operations, including hospitality, fitness, accommodation, elite sports and corporate services.

The role independently manages a broad range of employee relations matters, provides practical and commercially considered advice to leaders, and drives the consistent application of policies, processes and employment frameworks across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

You'll partner closely with leaders and the broader P&C; team to resolve complex people matters, strengthen leadership capability, manage risk and support initiatives that improve culture, compliance and operational effectiveness. This is a hands-on role requiring sound judgement, confidence, discretion and a calm, solutions-focused approach.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building robust, trusted partnerships with operational and support leaders across multiple venues.
- Providing clear, practical and risk-aware advice to leaders on performance, conduct, workplace investigations, Award and Enterprise Agreement entitlements, and broader employee matters.
- Managing employee relations matters from initial assessment through to resolution, including investigations, performance and conduct processes, preparation of documentation, meetings, outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Leading and improving core people processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, succession planning, reporting and compliance activities.
- Using accurate people data, metrics and insights to identify trends, inform decisions and support leaders and the P&C; team.
- Partnering with the Safety Advisor and operational leaders on people-related aspects of workplace incidents, follow-up actions and reporting.
- Contributing to Group-wide engagement, culture,



capability and compliance initiatives.
- Identifying and implementing practical improvements that strengthen people practices, leader capability and operational consistency.
- Supporting recruitment activities as required, including role scoping, advertising, candidate assessment and onboarding.

About You To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

- A minimum of 4 years' generalist People &
- Culture experience, including demonstrated responsibility for independently managing employee relations matters.
- Strong working knowledge of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation, with the confidence to interpret and apply these frameworks in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leaders through complex, sensitive or high-risk people matters.
- Sound judgement, discretion and a practical, solutions-focused approach to balancing employee, operational and compliance considerations.
- Strong ER case management, written communication and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and the ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes.
- Confidence using people data and insights to guide decisions, identify trends and support continuous improvement.
- A collaborative, credible and service-focused approach, with the ability to build trust and operate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
