People and Culture Business Partner

About the role:

- With great development from globally experienced leadership, you will be involved in bringing care, connection and community and joy to life for a specific group of professionals

- Shape people strategies that support our goals and build peoples capabilities

- Run our programs that build organisational health within your teams

- Implement, embed AND own things to build across selectability

- Serve our people by being a humble human that helps people find the joy

About you:

- Curious, optimistic and humble

- More "Yes's - than Cants"

- Bring some relevant experience but more importantly knows the importance of collaborating to find solutions – and make it happen Dont want default escalators!

- Courageous to genuinely embrace change and diversity

- Identify and make positive things happen

- Ambitious for development and joy





This role offers a strong mix of operational and strategic People experiences, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their development and build a successful long-term career in People.

Role requirements:

- Child Safety & Personal History Screening check

- Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)

- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You

- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
