The team acts across a range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability claims, superannuation and TPD claims, and institutional abuse claims. This firm prioritises a client-focused approach, with a deliberate focus on maintaining low and manageable file numbers so their lawyers have more time to gather evidence, understand each client's circumstances and build their case.

About the Role:

We are searching for a motivated and compassionate Paralegal or Law Clerk to join a well-regarded Gold Coast Personal Injury team. You will support a portfolio of CTP, WorkCover and Public Liability claims, playing an important role in assisting clients throughout their personal injury claims. This is an opportunity to join a team where client care, legal quality and achieving the best possible outcomes are central to the work.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 12 months' experience in a similar role




- A genuine passion for personal injury law and helping injured clients
- A compassionate and client-focused approach

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
