Rate: $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours

Start date: Immediate

Weekly hours: Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week

A Week In This Role

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent. That is the whole job.

The One Condition

No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.

Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be great at the coaching part.

The Deal, In Plain English

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms: No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.
