Casual personal training role in Fairney View, QLD, starting immediately. Between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Ramp up to 20 to 30+ paid hours weekly.

A Week In This Role

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here. That is the job.

- Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

Everything You Walk Into

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms: A real client app. Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

Who Fits This Role

- First Aid, CPR and a WWCC sorted
- Ready to build something that lasts
- Cert III and IV in Fitness, or close to finishing
- Strength coaching for everyday people, not just athletes
